  • Where are your products shipped from?

We have warehousing capabilities in the US, Europe and Asia and through various partnerships are able to ship around the world. We have some strong Suppliers relationships in the UK, Germany, Ukraine and of course in the USA.

We also have very strong relationships with manufacturers in Europe and the US for various products where the quality and price differ. Our aim is to offer a wide range of products at various ranges of price and quality to suit as many of our customers as possible.

  • When will a specific item be restocked?

To be notified of a product restock, simply go to the contact us page, fill up the form and enter a message "Email Me When (Name of Product) Back in Stock". By doing this, you'll surely be notified once a product has been restocked.

  • My item was damaged upon delivery. What should I do?

If your item has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the item's arrival for a resolution.

  • Tracking shows 'Delivered' but I did not receive the item?

This is a rare case where a shipment shows DELIVERED but was not received by the customer.

This can happen if someone else has signed the package or it can be a mistake made by the shipping company.

In this case, we advise you to ask other members of your family or neighbors to see if one of them could have signed it. It could also still be at your local post office awaiting for you to go and pick it up.

  • How long does it take to process an order?

Most of our orders are picked, packed and handed over to the shipping partners within 2-3 days from the moment we receive them. A small percentage of our orders from certain warehouses can take 3-4 days to move through that process.

Our warehouse staff in all our locations work tirelessly to get orders out and into the hands of the carriers as quickly as humanly possible. As soon as they do, our system will issue you with the tracking number associated with your order

  • When will I receive my order?

Shipments to the US, UK, Australia, Canada and International orders can take between 2-3 Weeks. It may differ depending on Shipment Location and Delivery Services of that specific location.

  • Do you have a return label for replacements and exchanges? Do you refund the cost to return the item?

We care about our customers and therefore offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. That allows customers to return an item for a replacement or exchange. 

When we send the replaced item, we do not charge any additional shipping or restocking fee. If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a replacement, exchange or full refund.

  • Cancel or Make Changes to a Placed Order

If you wish to update or cancel an order, please contact us at support@pipleo.com so we can help you with the request.

Please note that our fulfillment center processes quickly to make sure orders reach our customers in a timely fashion, this leaves a short window to change or cancel an order, but we will try our best to help.
